Each image should be 208 x 96 pixels at 96 dpi, RGB color.

Colors
Each image should have a dark background, with light text to comply with municipal code. Only logos may be on a lighter background if there is no alternative. Please see examples below.

Format:
The messages are like a mini slide show, with 5 frames to tell the story. Each frame stays on the screen 2 seconds.

Text:
96 pixels per inch is a low resolution. Use large clean fonts or good graphic artistic text. Break up long urls in two or three lines. Use a 17 points character average, 12 Characters Max per line, and 3 lines Max.
